4. Orders & Customization

  • Single Orders: Customers may request personalized garments.
  • Bulk Orders: Require 25% advance payment; balance payable once goods are packed.
  • Customization Timeline: Normally 7–10 working days, provided logistics are smooth.
  • Design Approval: Customers must approve final designs before production begins.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which automatically converts amounts for international customers.
  • We do not store sensitive payment data.
  • Cash on Delivery: Not available in India or worldwide.
  • Taxes, duties, and international shipping charges are borne by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery
